The Food and Wine Festival has returned to Disney’s California Adventure for a fifth year with fine wine, culinary demonstrations, signature events, returning favorites, and some new additions. Due to the ongoing construction at Disney’s California Adventure, some familiar venues will be found in new places. Here’s a rundown of what visitors may expect through May 31.
FESTIVAL HIGHLIGHTS
”Taste of California" Marketplace
The marketplace returns to Disney's California Food & Wine Festival! Enjoy unique festival foods created especially for the Festival. Delicious tapas-sized tastings are available in the Festival Showplace, located in Stage 12 in the Hollywood Pictures Backlot. Expertly paired wines and beer are also available for purchase.
Star Lounge presented by Stella Artois
Experience the pouring ritual! Enjoy the featured Belgian beers and Festival wines by the glass, or indulge in a specially created cocktail. Located in Stage 12.
Festival Gift Shop and the “Wine Seller”
Shop for specially designed Festival merchandise and logo items to commemorate your visit, also in Stage 12. With hundreds of wines featured, you're sure to find a new favorite. The Wine Seller offers full-bottle sales of selected wines available for purchase to enjoy at home. For your convenience, bottle purchases will be delivered to Package Pickup located outside the entrance to Disney's California Adventure Park.
Showplace Stage
Attend seminars, demonstrations and events — including Sweet Sundays — at the Showplace Stage, located in the Festival Showplace in Stage 12.
Chef Showcase Stage
Experience delicious demonstrations or see some of your favorite celebrity chefs live and in-person at this culinary hub in Sunshine Plaza. Every day find new ways to create a culinary masterpiece with your own art of flavor. A full schedule is available on line, at the entrance gates, or at the Festival Welcome Center.

Festival Welcome Center
Located in the entrance plaza of Disney's California Adventure® Park, the Festival Welcome Center is the hub for all up-to-date Festival information including daily event schedules and Signature Event reservations (if available).
Festival Artisans
Be sure to visit the local artisans while browsing an array of culinary and wine-inspired crafts, original art, and gourmet home and food products. Located in the Pacific Wharf.
Festival-Inspired Dining
Enjoy unique Festival foods created especially for Disney's California Food & Wine Festival and welcome back some of your favorites. Delicious Festival-inspired items are available throughout Disney's California Adventure® Park. Expertly paired wines and beer may also be available for purchase.
Selected Disneyland® Resort restaurants will offer prix-fixe dining options highlighting the tastes celebrated at the Fifth Annual Disney's California Food & Wine Festival.
Festival Wine Walks
Your passport to the wines of the world! Take a tasting tour of the finest wine regions and travel the globe without ever leaving the Festival. Each walk allows you to purchase a tasting passport and select up to four tastes from around the world, or from a single region. This year featuring Viva Italia! And California Classics.
Festival Beer Walk
Celebrate the fine art of beer-making and sample amazing ales, lagers and craft beer from around the globe.
Brewer's Collection
Enjoy a wide selection of international beer and Festival treats. Selected beers are available by the glass.
SEMINARS AND PRESENTATIONS
Wine, Beer and Spirits Education and Tasting Seminars
Explore the exciting world of wine, beer and spirits by attending an educational seminar led by a noted winemaker, master brewer, distiller or Disneyland® Resort sommelier. Located in the Festival Showplace at Stage 12.
A $1 alcohol seminar ticket is required for admission to Wine, Beer & Spirits seminars. One ticket per person per seminar may be purchased at the Festival Showplace 60 minutes before each seminar, while supplies last. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with valid photo identification to purchase tickets and enter the seminars. Separate theme park admission is required for events held within Disney's California Adventure® Park. Information subject to restrictions and change without notice.
Culinary Demonstrations
Enjoy delicious demonstrations with chefs from Disneyland® Resort and Downtown Disney® District, as well as from noted guest chefs and celebrity chefs. Watch the experts in action and learn new twists on timeless classics, the A to Zs of spices, essential cooking tips and more. Located at the Chef Showcase Stage in Sunshine Plaza.
Junior Chef
Join the fun at this hands-on culinary experience designed for aspiring chefs ages 11 and under. Located just outside the Festival Showplace in Hollywood Pictures Backlot.

Eat, drink and enjoy a celebration for all your senses! Experience the most anticipated event of the Festival in "grand-tasting" style.

Grand Reserve Wine Pairing Dinners
Toast and dine with two of the most celebrated wineries in California, Flora Springs and David Arthur. Multi-course meals, prepared by Napa Rose Executive Chef Andrew Sutton and his team, will be served side by side with an exceptional tasting menu of hand-selected wines. Join Nat Komes (Flora Springs) and David Long (David Arthur) as they lead these extraordinary evenings.

"Taste Wine Like an Expert"
Select Saturday afternoons at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa. Join Advanced Sommelier Joy Cushing for a course that introduces you to the joys of wine tasting and the unique characteristics found in every glass. You will use your newfound skills to participate in a "blind tasting" to identify four different wines.

Riedel Glass Tasting
Professor Claus J. Riedel was the first designer to recognize that the bouquet, taste, balance and finish of wines are affected by the shape of the glass from which they are drunk. In this fascinating class led by an expert from Riedel, discover why the glass matters. At the conclusion of the class, Guests attending this event will be presented with their tasting set of four Riedel Vinum series lead crystal wine glasses* to enjoy at home.
