Holland welcomes the United States Naval Color Guard from Orlando FL and offers a special welcome to the honorary flagbearer to today's flag retreat, Reyes Rodriguez Jr., who served during World War II as an aide to General Douglas MacArthur, US Army veteran retired Brigadier General Reyes Rodriguez Jr.
