The National Thanksgiving Turkey "May" is honored with a special parade through the Magic Kingdom.

"May" and the alternate turkey "Flower" will live out the remainder of their natural lives at Disney's Animal Kingdom. They were pardoned by President Bush as part of a Thanksgiving tradition that may have begun as far back as Lincoln presidency. It has been an annual tradition since President Truman's administration.

The citizens of Main Street celebrate the turkey's arrival with Magic Kingdom's pre-parade song about dreaming.

The turkeys were raised in Jasper, Ind., under the supervision of Ted Seger, president of Farbest Foods. Seger serves as chairman of the National Turkey Federation.
