Among the highlights of the annual Walt Disney World Ambassador ceremony are the various signs and banners cast members create to show support for their friends who are seeking the role.

1971 Walt Disney World Ambassador Debby Dane Browne introduces the first of the six finalists -- Donald Thomas. He began his Disney career as a Cast Member in the Disney College Program in 2003. After graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, he returned to the Walt Disney World Resort and worked in various roles at Disneys Typhoon Lagoon, Epcot and Disneys Hollywood Studios. Currently, Thomas teaches the basics of guest service to Cast Members.
