This is just a sweet little ride through the miniature world of our favorite Disney animated tales. Beautiful landscaping. Fit for all ages.

when i went on yesterday, lots of young children both boys and girls were having the time of their life. it truly is a wonderful, magical attraction great for all ages. lots of detail, you see a n ew detail every visit.

Reminds me of Tivoli Gradens. The attention to detail is near perfection. I can understand that younger guests may find it dull but wait till they get older. If you have never experienced it at night you are missing Disney Magic at it's best.

Plesant, well-themed boat trip, though probably best for little folk. Adults can probably skip with a clear concience.

A very cute ride for the whole family, way too long of a line though. It does close in the evening for fireworks so be sure to catch it before it closes. (may reopen later depending on park hours).

Should be on the short list of the "best of Disneyland." The care in construction and attention to detail are amazing. Take a break and enjoy the perfection that is Disney.

This is one of my 5 year old daughter favorite rides. on our last trip we saved this ride for night and that worked out good for use because the fireworks were about to start so the line was short. we were on the boat and as soon as the fireworks started, the CM had a spot that she watches the fireworks from every night. You cant see all the show but it is nice to sit and watch the show without having to worry about your young ones running around.

so i went on this ride when i was 3 and it scared the snot out of me. i completely freaked out when we went inside the big whale...a large part of that was probably because me brother told me it was going to eat us. but i love the ride now. the minature castles are so cute...i just wish they were life-size. ;)

Going through Monstro's mouth was my favorite as a kid. As an adult, I still love it, especially at night

Worked as a captain on this attraction for 2 years. Learn these 2 words: Co-captain and Whale-watchers. If you want the best possible experience for your small kids, ask if you child can be a co-captain(riding with the captain at the back of the boat) or a whale-watcher(ride on the bow of the boat). As co-captain, you get to interact and might even get to assist in the story-telling process. As whale-watcher, you get to feel like you are piloting your own boat. Also, best time to go on this ride is in the morning or at night. Never try to go on this ride during the parades - it always closes at least 60 minutes before each parade. Little kids are best for female captains...although there are some good guy spielers. Teenagers and adults are best for male captains, although there are some great girl captains as well...to each there own. Ask the dock person for the most entertaining captain of the day. No Fast Pass exists for this attraction, so be prepared to stand in line, if during the day. Don't hesitate to ask for a re-ride if you get a boring captain...some cast members treat the place like a job, and no 30 minute stand in line with your kids deserves a boring ride.If they say "no", ask to talk to a lead. Never wait for the parade in front of Storybook or in front of the Fantasyland AB cross(located in front of Storybook and Teacups crossing to Matterhorn)...this is a really busy area...many rude people.

This is truly a magical ride. One can tell there is pixie dust involved here. It is one of those rides that sets Disney apart.

This ride, like the Jungle Cruise, depends on your tour guide. I have been on this ride with hostesses who simply make the attraction come to life, and I have been on this ride when the guy driving the boat acted as if he were having his teeth pulled.

A beautiful minitature homage to Disney animated films, Storybook Land is a darling attraction that is best viewed at night. Unfortunately, this attraction's operation schedule is shorter than the rest of the Park's and it suffers closures during parades as well.
