We have always loved Mr. Toad. We try not to miss it when we're at the park. I was really mad when they closed Mr. Toad at Disney World MK. I hope Disneyland never makes the same mistake.

Great attraction. Really captures the maniacal journey Toad takes in his motor car. Fun.

"Guilty, that is all"..go early or you will feel like a toad waiting in a long and boring line....the ride is anything but wild, but it is always worth one trip thru the land of Mr. Toad(feel the heat!).

A very nice attraction for what it's worth, What it lacks in speed it makes up for in suspense and surprise. Definately reccomended

It may be technologically simple, but it is incredibly fun. This is one of my all time favorites and it has the best ending imaginable.

Vastly underrated dark ride, brimming with adventure! Be Mr. Toad and careen through London with little care of minding the speed limit or oncoming trains (maybe it'll swerve first). Surprisingly Hellish climax. Highly recommended!

This ride actually take Guests through hell?!?! Is The Wind in the Willows like that?! Who the hell Imagineered this attraction (no pun intended)??? As you can see, I haven't been on this ride before...

I went to DL on a fluke for the first time at age 46 and imagine my joy when my favorite ride which had been closed at WDW was in operation. I laughed the whole way through-5 times.

A word of adive to those who wear glasses: if you've got contacts with you on the trip, put them in before getting on this ride! I wore glasses once, and as soon as the hell scene came up, they fogged over! A very entertaining ride (though I have as of yet to usurp the driver's seat from my sibling!)

this is a fun ride! i'm glad they never got rid of it! when i was little, the hell scene scared me straight. i hated the ride cuz of that scene alone. now that i'm older...it still makes me uncomfortable, hehe. can't say i've never asked God to forgive me while riding that ride! anyway, other than that, it's a fun ride and i love the great lengths they go to to get you involved in the plot of the ride. (the train tracks, the heat, etc..) good thinkin!

As a kid this was fun, and the "hades" scene would scare me silly.... now they have upgraded things and I am older so while the new version doesnt scare me too much, that kid I USED to be would have peed her pants!!

You can never outgrow this! The DL rides never cease to amaze me. The theme and decor are perfect, and the toadie statue inside is my favorite place to pose for a picture.

I think i is horrible that that rat fink Eisner and his weasles shut it at WDW. THIS IS WALT NOT EISNER ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY AND HE WILL DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES EVEN IF IT MEANS DESTROYING WALT'S DREAM. HE HAS RUINED THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY BY CLOSING THIS RIDE BUY THE ANAHEIM ANGLES AND THE MIGHTY DUCKS WE WANT TO PRESERVE WDW & DISNEYLAND NOT DESTROY RIDES FOR WHAT MAKES A DIME!!!!!!!! This ride is really cool! I never got to work this ride or any other the other Classics("Routes" - Cast Member lingo for these rides)...but got to do a walk-through once. There is extreme detail in the book-case. Next time you go on the ride, try to read the markings on the book-case...it shows comments written by Disney artists and engineers such as "Life after Disney", etc. Always a favorite of mine...next to the Snow White ride and Splash.

Heard they closed the only other 'Toad' ride in WDW. Hope they don't do that @ Dl. One of the oldest Fantasyland rides and some what lacking in effects, but it is a fun ride even if the lines are long.

One of the favorite dark rides at Disneyland, Toad is a Classic. More people know about this attraction than the short animated piece that inspired it! High in the rafters is a marble bust of Toad above the loading area that is always missed when the attraction is cleaned!
