User ID: brerdouglas Thrill: 1 Theme: 1 Overall: 1 (2/9/2008)Why do they even bother building such terrible rides that only take up space. Especially when people can walk down Main street in half the time
User ID: USCSurfer Thrill: 3 Theme: 3 Overall: 3 (1/22/2008)
Main St. wouldn't be the same without them. They add flavor to the atmosphere.

These are the "Wheels of Walt"...millions of miles, millions of memories...it's not just transportation, but a journey Walt wanted all of us to take(to join him), back to a time of innocence and small town warmth, down Main Street, USA.

Wonderful. Brings you back to a bygone era.
User ID: Tom Chaney Thrill: 1 Theme: 4 Overall: 3 (3/16/2007)
Not the most exciting ride at the park, but a definate plus for the atmosphere on Main Street. Did you know that the firetruck was Uncle Walt's personal toy? When you ride it, you're sharing a bit of Walt Disney's life. Sure, I can walk up Main Street. I'd rather take a moment and experience a ride in a "horseless carriage" of the era and enjoy my immersive experience.

Wow...some pretty harsh ratings here. Anyone who cannot appreciate the nostalgia and theming of these terrific attractions is really missing out! These are great examples of the era that Main Street represents...and builds wonderful memories for young and old alike! Kudos to the drivers who make the experience even more worthwhile! What would Disneyland be without these attractions?

oh and there need to be an updated photo put up here. that horse is long gone. gosh...i dont even know who it is. he's before my time.
User ID: TikiGirl2006 Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 4 (12/7/2006)
horse drawn streetcar or trolley not carriage. we are on a track! we are not nessicarily slow moving...it depends on the horse. some horses walk very very fast, while others barely move. and didnt cha know that the track has a loop in the center...yeah its splits into two. obviously people havent ridden on my cars...my cars have loads of fun. especially when the dapper dans are aboard. =)

These things are indeed a waste of money as well as time since most people enjoy walking down main Street and looking in all of the shops

No action but a fun thing to experience...this is a must...at least one time

These are pretty neat. I've ridden the double decker trolley, the horse drawn car, and the fire engine. It's nice to be off your feet for 2 min.And it's kind of funny to see how many people just stand right in the way as a HUGE horse is picking up speed right at them. Some people aren't too smart.

This is a fabulous way to see Main street. The best cast members, very friendly

these vehicles would be more popular if they went all over Disneyland not just up Main street. Sheesh I would never lower myself to riding such a stupid thing now I have had my say so farewell

A perfect way to waste the day by riding on Main street when you can just walk and have more fun. But if sitting on your butt while listening to long winded spiels is fun for you then be my guest
User ID: tikiroomfan Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 3 (7/29/2003)
a fun ride down main street even if walking is faster
User ID: tikiroomfan Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 3 (7/29/2003)
a fun ride down main street even if walking better
User ID: TellNoTales Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 2 (3/24/2003)
Fun to do if you've got a multi-day Park Hopper, but not worth it if you have only 1 day in the park. Eats up a good chunk of time, and is only ok. Your trip would be complete with out it.

I don't ride these transportation rides very often, but when I do they are always a treat. The narrations are very interesting.
User ID: PirateChick Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 1 (1/4/2001)
I do not find this very entertaining. If you are on a limited schedule do not bother with this.

The top story on the omnibus is a great way to read the credit windows on Main Street.
User ID: akwolf Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 1 (8/17/2000)
Wonderful for ambiance... but who the heck are the people I see riding them? Nobody ever SAYS they ride them, but they're always full!
User ID: DsnyFan4Eva Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 3 (4/14/2000)
They're relaxing. You get a good view of the land.
User ID: Gregmh48 Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 1 (3/30/2000)
One word: BORING! You can get between both ends of Main Street quicker by just walking. They are there just to provide theme.
User ID: GroovShel Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 2 (2/11/2000)
This is a cool thing to do do at the end of the day but the only thing I don't like is thay you only get to go one way.
User ID: arizonawildcat Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: Unrated (1/17/2000)
Look attractive, but slow
User ID: damon63 Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 3 (1/16/2000)

Never used one.
User ID: GroovShel Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 1 (1/8/2000)
They're okay a little bit boring but they do make ya stand out a little when you ride in them.
User ID: KAT Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 3 (1/8/2000)
Beautiful contribution to the overall atmosphere.
User ID: WallyBoag Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 1 (1/6/2000)
More of an atmospheric piece than an attraction. Nice to look at and worth hopping on board if there is no wait.
User ID: TPA_RickWest Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 3 (1/3/2000)
One of the "touches" that makes Main Street so special - Main Street without the vehicles would be like a cake without icing!
