The host Flik shows you It's Tough To Be a Bug and through 3D glasses you can almost believe that you are actually there Chili can launch with aims that (almost)never miss,the termite soldier sprays acid and finally Clair brings a S.P.D. Hopper breaks in and almost destroys the audience thanks to Flik and a Reptile then it looks like bugs on Broadway then the ruiner of every act brings a cake a drags them all of stage Flik disappears and the "cockroaches maggots and beetles" go outside then you go out and deposit your 3D glasses

Took our 3-year-old and 7-year-old kids. The 3-D effects were great, as usual. The story line was cute and held our interest. But, there was a skunk-bug that emitted a nasty odor, and Hopper, off to the side, was a little frightening to both kids. Also, there was that dry-ice "smoke" that always bothers me. It was worth going if you like the theatre effects and having a chance to cool down in the hot Florida sun.

The bee sting is creepy- but a good attraction. (It would be a lot better if all the parents who took there screaming infants in kinda kept them quiet)

Very good 3D+ show. The entrance may be hard to find. It's roughly 4 o'clock around the tree from the front entrance. The image hunting in the tree is the pre-show. It's hard to pick a time when this line is short.

This 3D presentation is enjoyable, but it scares the crap out of you! If lifesize spiders that fly over your head, bugs crawling under your butt, and stink bug gasses aren't your thing, you might want to skip this one.

The best of the 3-D films, this one takes the cake for "squirms". The theater is great, giving the illusion that you are bug-sized. And you MUST take pictures of all your friends in their glasses.

Very unique and original attraction. The Imagineers and Pixar were a great team. It is perfect at Disney'a Animal Kingdom and the fact that it is shorter than other 3D attractions makes the wait always fast.

Simply the best attraction at Animal Kingdom. Diminishes Animal Kingdoms uniqueness by duplication at California Adventure, though, by far, DCA's greatest attraction. (though not an imaganeer project) THANK YOU PIXAR!!

A great 'show'. Very much enjoy the show and the cueue around the Tree of Life. Go early so you can take time to read all the movie posters, look close and be suprised. I am looking forward to seeing if DCA's is as well built as AK.
A must see, too bad it is so hidden and unknown at AK, more promo's needed so people don't miss out.

Disney has really done a wonderful job with this 3-D experience. It's far more than just an 8 minute movie. The show features effects for all your senses. Tough to be a Bug is one of the Animal Kingdom's must see attractions. Don't miss it, but Beware of Hopper!!!

My poor mother had a broken foot when we visited WDW, and she spent most of her park time in a wheelchair. She missed out on the awesome in-seat effects! (cockroaches under yer butt, etc.) Bug's Life wasn't even released when we saw it, but it still came across great.

The Tree of Life is stunning to behold - the queue is an attraction in its own right! The 3-D film is wonderful and the in-theater surprise elements are incredible! A MUST for all visiting Animal Kingdom! Good news for Californians - this film is coming to Disney's California Adventure in 2001!
