Be warned! This ride is scary. I love it, but 1/2 way through I have to just shut my eyes till it's over. Why do I do that to myself?

At Disney age doesn't matter. This ride makes you feel like a child again. The anticipation of the Dinosaur leaning into your vehicle is the best.

The slogan is right:It's fast:Some parts go fast such as escaping the carnotaurus and getting out of there It's a blast:Meteorites and the Asteroid and getting out of there It's in the past:Everyone knows that they are going 65 Million Years in reverse that goes double for there being dinosaurs

If there is 1 ride you have got to ride in Disney's Animal Kingdom this is it but please make sure to ride and judge if your children is right to ride

The best thing about Disney is that it turns you into a child again. That being said... THIS WAS SO MUCH FUN! THE BIG DINOSAUR WAS LIKE... RIGHT BESIDE ME... AND HE ROARED RIGHT IN MY FACE. Whew... Ride this one and if you have an older child, take them. They will love it, too.

This is a fun ride. My only real complaint about it is that is too dark inside to really appreciate all that is going on.

Awesome ride. The best parts are the parts when the Time Rover goes all bouncy and all, adds to the thrill. I recommend it to all who visit Animal Kingdom!

My belt accidently flew off while riding so I had to hold on extra tight cause I almost flew out of the car a couple of times. Of course this just added to the experience but make sure you belt is properly secure next time you ride!

I did enjoy this ride, though I was distracted by knowing exactly where the car was going, as the track is identical to Indy at Disneyland. A fun ride, though a bit too dependent on the jump-out-"boo!" scares.

Great ride--but you may want to consider re-naming it Countdown To Extinction.On my last visit,I had to warn the woman and her two little girls,standing behind me in line,that this wasn't like the animated movie of the same name.Either that,or make the posted warnings bigger.

This is my favorite attraction in all of WDW. I love dinosaurs and it practically fulfilled my boyhood dream of seeing real dinosaurs! Also, I love the Carnotaur as the feature dino, the T-Rex is cool, but cliche. I liked the name Countdown to Extinction better.

This is the greatest ride in the animal kingdom. Jurassic Park River Adventure doesn't even begin to compare to this one. At Jurassic, the dinosaurs don't work, their skin looks like crud, there aren't enough dinosaurs, and the hadrosaur that knocks you into a backstage area pops out of the water 20 feet away from you! This ride's perfect, and the end is scary, where the asteroid going to hit and the Carnosaur lunges at you! This is one of the greatest rides I've ever been on, even if the movie's crappy.

6 year old dinosaur loving girl just loved it. She also loved riding twice because Mom and Dad used the child swap because of her 2 year old sister and her 5 year old chicken sister. She wants to go again because she says she missed the Dino at the end.

It's pretty good, but it's a not even close to what I expected. I knew they were building a ride similar to Indiana Jones and I immidiately assumed it would be better (newer = better, right?) But I was wrong. There is almost no lighting, meaning you can't see, and there are lots of cheap effects like still figures moving overhead with strobe lights on them so you can't tell they're still. The Audio-Animetronics are great, but that's about it. for a new ride, it's pretty bad.

Poor show lighting and odd blacklight paint makes the sheer beauty of the massive Audio-Animatronic(R) dinosaurs all but extinct in this attraction. Needs a LOT of work; the potential here is wonderful, but the attraction is a disappointment currently.
