Have had good service here in the past, but on our recent trip the service was terrible! The bartender was more interested in talking to her pals than helping customers. A nice newlywed couple sat next to us. Someone looking like a manager came over to see if she was going to help them. She came over asked for their id's and then went back to talking to her friends ! It was several minutes before she came back to take their order.

Great martinis... Waiter brought us waters, too, without us having to ask for it. Looking forward to trying appetizers next time. Excellent spot for people watching!

We stopped for drinks here after getting engaged at Disneyland (Sleeping Beauty Castle) at park closing on May 18, 2004... Very romantic, great drinks and excellent, friendly service. Other patrons were having happy times, too, and everyone was enjoying fun conversations and people-watching. The music was hip and fun, too. The Uva Bar will be a definite stop for us on future visits.

I sit down and have a drink once-in-awhile at this Uva Bar. And lemme tell ya, the drinks are worth it from that long walk from the Resort to the parks! When get my drank on from my suite at the Disneyland Hotel or, my seat at the Lost Bar, or the Top Brass, or the Wine Celler, or the ESPN Zone, or the House of Blues, etc, I lose my buzz half way to the parks. But luckly Disney felt it appropriate to install a bar smack down in the middle of Downtown Disney so we can get a refueling. Sure you might pay a little more for a drink here than the latter, but you won't care when you're in the middle of Downtown Disney making fun of all the people that walk by. Try the calamari or chips-n-salsa to settle your stomach from all the drinks you intake. A choice location for a bar, the only question I have about it is.... what's an 'Uva'?

My boyfriend and I LOVE this place. We always seem to go here for lunch or dinner since it has opened. The food is great, we love the flatbread dish very yummy! At night especially on warm evenings, it is wonderful. You are pretty much in the middle of downtown Disney eating and having a drink. At first I didn't think kids would like the place since it feels like an outdoor bar setting, but all the kids that we did run into were having a great time, probably cause they were in Disneyland and fun is in the air! I highly reccomend this place, the value is great as well as the service!
