I have always wanted to eat in this restaurant since I was a kid, but had to wait for adulthood to get a reservation since my parents don't eat Mexican food. I really enjoyed it, but I wish they had a table for two near the water. We were seated in the back area. Food was great although it didn't sit too well with my wife. Atmosphere is unbeatable, feels like an evening in Mexico!

Try the Polo ala Rojas and wash it down with a 16os Dos XX. You will thank me later. Adam

the restaurant sits on the bank of the "Rio del tiempo" providing a pleasant backdrop for your meal. Children will enjoy watching the boats go by, and if they are old enough (7 and up) parents can send them to ride El Rio del Tiempo while you wait for your food (and make goo-goo eyes at each other!). The food is good- somewhat spicy- and comes in ample portions.

this restauraunt was great, but I had terrible service the night I went. My family had reservations but we still waited almost an hour to get seated. but the food was great and I discovered el rio del tiempo while waiting.

I give this restaurant an overall 4 --b/c of the atmosphere. It's very romantical :o) Sadly, the food is just so-so and expensive

We had dinner here the second night of our trip, and were seated almost immediately, even though it was a crowded night. The atmosphere is just breathtaking, with the beautiful pyramid and marketplace. If possible, request a table next to the water and watch the boats on "El Rio de Tiempo" drift by. The food was very authentic, which none of the people in my party were used to. However, I respect Disney for not going the cheap "Taco Bell" route with this one. The prices, like any full-service Disney restaurant, were steep, but that was to be expected. In summary, if you're a couple or a small family looking for a quiet, cool place to relax and have a hearty meal after a long day at the parks, San Angel Inn is just right.

This is a very nice place to eat. The Mexican Pavilion itself is just an amazing place to be inside. I hope you try it out. But, in regards to this restaurant, the food and service were amazing, no doubt. However, I don't know if the price is justified, so be ready to spend a couple of dollars.

Delicious authentic Mexican cuisine. One of the greatest atmospheres of all the Disney restaurants. Perfect for those who enjoy spicy food.

Too dark, but you can watch the ride. They get your food wrong. Too expensive. I don't know what they did to this place! It used to be so good, but now......

The atmosphere here can leave you feeling like another whole day passed during lunch. The indoor, cool evening feel is a great way to make the day stretch. Get PS to avoid long waits. If you have a party member that abhors spicey foods you may want to just look. It's hard to avoid spicey in this menu.

The most romantic place to eat in the World Showcase. Setting is somewhat similar to the Blue Bayou restaurant at Disneyland. My kids like that there is a volcano and you can see the boat ride go by. The restaurant is usually crowed even though we go during the off season. I told our waiter it was my our anniversary and he came back with a birthday card and cake! It was pretty funny!
