Disney's Polynesian Resort

The Monorail entrance is located through doors on the 2nd floor. The bus stop is located to the left of the main entrance as you exit. The boat launch is located outside the back exit.

Magic Kingdom	Monorail, Bus or Boat	Taking the Resort Monorail the Magic Kingdom is the 2nd stop. Returning to the hotel from the Magic Kingdom the Polynesian is the 3rd stop. There's also a boat that travels between the Polynesian, Grand Floridian and Magic Kingdom.
Epcot	Monorail or Bus	Take the Resort Monorail to the TTC (4th stop) and transfer to the Epcot Monorail. Alternatively, the TTC is a short walk from the Polynesian.
Disney-MGM Studios	Bus
Animal Kingdom	Bus
Blizzard Beach	Bus	Shares the Animal Kingdom bus
Typhoon Lagoon	Bus	Shares the Downtown Disney bus
Downtown Disney	Bus	Can also travel to Epcot then exit the International Gateway which leads to the Boardwalk
Boardwalk	Bus
Fantasia Gardens Mini Golf	Bus	To the Swan and Dolphin hotels then walk across the street
Winter Summerland Mini Golf	Bus	Take the Blizzard Beach bus. Winter Summerland is located there as well.
Wide World of Sports	Bus from Disney-MGM Studios	The only transportation to the Wide World of Sports complex is from the Disney-MGM Studios. Follow the instructions above to get to the Studios then take a bus.

To get to most other hotels you'll need to get to the Transportation and Ticket Center, Downtown Disney or a theme park then transfer to another mode of transportation to the hotel you want. Exceptions are:

Contemporary and Grand Floridian which are a Monorail ride away. You can also take a boat that goes between the Polynesian, Grand Floridan and Magic Kingdom
The Yacht and Beach Clubs and the Boardwalk can be accessed by taking a Monorail to Epcot, entering Epcot's main entrance and exiting via the International Gateway
