Strollers
Stroller rentals are available just inside the main gates. Price is $7 per day with no deposit required. You will not be allowed to take Disneyland strollers outside the parks. However, if you are moving between both parks, you can use your receipt at the new park to get a stroller so you only have to pay once.

Two stroller models. The main stroller is a four wheeler that holds up to 45lbs. The second stroller is a three wheel model that can hold up to 75lbs. The four wheel stroller is allowed on the Disneyland Railroad but the larger capacity three wheel stroller is not

Note: Strollers are not guaranteed to be available for rental, but it's rare for the parks to run out of both styles..

Tip: Hold on to your stroller receipt. If your rental stroller is lost or stolen go back to the stroller rental location and show them your receipt for a new one. You may also use your receipt to get a stroller if you leave during the day and return later or switch parks.

Guest Relations
Just about any question you have regarding the Disneyland Resort can be answered by Guest Relations. It's also the place to go if you have a complaint about something.

Locations

• Disneyland: Just inside the main gate and tunnels on the left side. There's also an information booth at the Castle end of Main Street.
• Disney's California Adventure: Just inside the main gate on the left side. There's also an information booth in Sunshine Plaza next to Baker's Field Bakery.
• Outside the Parks: There are two booths in the Esplanade area between the two parks - one on the East side and one of the West.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchair rentals are available just inside the main gates. Standard wheelchairs are $7 with a $20 deposit required. Electric wheelchairs are $35 with a $50 deposit required. You must be 18 years or older to rent or operate an electric wheelchair. You will not be allowed to take Disneyland wheelchairs outside the parks. However, if you are moving between both parks, you can use your receipt at the new park to get a wheelchair so you only have to pay once. Guests may also bring their own wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs into Disneyland.

Note: Wheelchairs are not guaranteed to be available for rental. Electric wheelchairs are often all rented out on busy days. Plan to arrive early if an electric wheelchair is required.

First Aid
Aspirin, band aids and other similar items are available free of charge at first. There are also a few private rooms where guests can take medication or rest for a while if they're not feeling well.

• Disneyland: The northeast corner of Main Street.
• Disney's California Adventure: In the Pacific Wharf area near the Mission Tortilla Factory

Note: If you are in immediate need of First Aid, tell the nearest Cast Member and they will have first aid come to you.

Baby Care
Facilities are available for nursing babies, preparing formula and diaper changing. Baby sundries are also available for purchase. Note: Many restrooms have diaper machines and diaper changing tables as well. Diapers may also be purchased at the stroller rental locations.

• Disneyland: Next to First Aid on the northeast corner of Main Street.
• Disney's California Adventure: Next to Firs Aid In the Pacific Wharf area near the Mission Tortilla Factory
