Jury Finds Disney Entitled to $56 Million From Dish Network
Law.com reports a jury on Friday found that The Walt Disney Co. properly collected about $56 million in fees from 2007 to 2010 from the Dish Network Corp. for the rights to carry four high-definition channels affiliated with the entertainment giant.
