Disney Appeal Halts Digital Domain 3D Patent Sale
Deadline.com reports Disney has been temporarily granted a request to halt Digital Domain Media Group’s sale of 3D conversion patents. Disney has claimed that the proposed $5.4 million sale would infringe on its licensed ability to convert films from 2D to 3D and could make the company vulnerable to lawsuits
