On October 3, 1955, an entirely new kind of
children's television program made its debut on ABC TV. The Mickey Mouse Club
quickly became a weekday afternoon must see for the children of America.
Fifty years later to the day, ten of the original
Mouseketeers gathered in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland to
sing, dance, and share some memories. They were joined by 1,000 honorary
Mouseketeers, who helped them unveil the world's largest pair of Mouseketeer
