LP Lotion: Buena Vista Street Entertainment at Disney California Adventure

The summer of 2012 offers many entertainment options for guests choosing to cross the esplanade in Anaheim. In addition to the Red Car Newsboys and Five & Dime, Buena Vista Street also offers the Citizens of Buena Vista Street and Disney characters. In Cars Land, Red to the Rescue and DJ’s Dance ‘n Drive are joined by character appearances by Lightning McQueen and Mater.
Hollywood Land continues to offer Aladdin: A Musical Spectacular in the Hyperion Theater, and Disney Junior Live on Stage at the Disney Theater. Stage 17 hosts the new Dancin’ With Disney party from 1:00 to 5:00pm The Hollywood Land Stage presents guest performers. And the Mad T Party performs nightly starting at 7:00pm.
While World of Color is the signature entertainment at Paradise Pier, there are many other options for guests. Instant Concert: Just Add Water with Goofy performs during daylight hours. The Green Army Men offer Operation Playtime. Musical acts perform at the Paradise Garden Bandstand. Over across from the entrance to the Little Mermaid attraction Phineas and Ferb continue their Rockin’ Rollin’ Dance Party.
Grizzly Peak offers the Wilderness Explorer Ceremony with Russel and Doug, as well as the Happy Camper. Over at Pacific Wharf the Mariachi Divas perform. Meanwhile, in Condor Flats, Minnie’s Fly Girls take flight in a song and dance revue.
The Pixar Play Parade also returns this summer, performing twice daily on the Disney California Performance Corridor. With the addition of Hollywood Boulevard to the Performance Corridor, California Adventure now has the longest parade route of any Disney theme park.
