Executive Vice President, Disney Creative Entertainment Anne Hamburger announces Finding Nemo - The Musical will premiere at Disney's Animal Kingdom later this year.

Animal Kingdom's Theater in the Wild will be transformed into an undersea environment with the innovative use of puppetry, sound, lighting and special effects.

Nemo and other characters will be performed by puppeteers utilizing costumes designed by Michael Curry who is best known for his efforts on Disney Theatricals' The Lion King. The music, script and lyrics are being created by the creator of Broadway's Avenue Q Bobby Lopez and his partner and wife Kristen Anderson-Lopez.
