Video and pictures from the April 21st ceremony to open the 2006 Flower and Garden Festival featuring the introduction of the US Postal Service's latest Disney stamp series "The Art of Disney Romance."

For those who couldn't make it to the event, you can still get a first-day-of-issue postmark by mail. Within 30 days, purchase the new stamps at your local post office, by phone at 800-STAMP-24 or on the web at www.ups.com/shop. Then affix the stamps to envelopes of your choice and address them and place them in a larger envelope and send them to:

The postal service will apply the postmark and mail the envelope. there is no charge. All orders must be postmarked by May 20, 2006.

The Art of Disney: Romance First Day of Issue Ceremony begins with the presentation of colors by Epcot's Spirit of America Fife and Drum Corps.

The Voices of Liberty performed the National Anthem which was followed by medley of romantic Disney songs including Can You Feel The Love Tonight and Kiss the Girl.

Epcot Vice President Brad Rex declares Spring has arrived along with numerous horticulturists and garden lovers for the International Epcot Flower and Garden Festival. The park will come alive with flowers and hearts as the Festival celebrates the spirit of romance.
