2006 Walt Disney World Ambassadors Michael Collier offered thanks to family, friends and the resort's 57,000 cast members for their support and discussed some of the highlights from his past year of activities including a recent ceremony celebrating those who have been with Walt Disney World since opening year.

2006 Walt Disney World Ambassador Marjorie Colas spoke of cast members dedication, shared highlights from the past year's events and offered thanks in French, Spanish, and her native language Haitian Creole.

Walt Disney World president Meg Crofton offered her thanks to the 2006 Ambassador Team and highlighted some of the community service projects including the participation in Florida's "Just Read" campaign where they set a new Guinness World Record for "Most People Reading Aloud Simultaneously at Multiple Locations" as students around the state read an excerpt from Peter and the Starcatchers by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson. She spoke of Michael's work as a mentor and his strong desire to learn and of Marjorie's attention to detail and deep passion for Disney's rich legacy.
