Arrtie the Pirate is a recreation of the classic Pirate balloon of 1947 and made his parade debut in 2007. Arrtie stands at 36 feet tall and is filled with 3,600 cubic feet of helium plundered from various tanks. With map in hand, Arrtie is on a search for Holiday treasure this Thanksgiving.
