Comedienne and moderator of ABC Daytime’s hit morning chatfest “The View,” Whoopi Goldberg– portraying The Genie from Disney’s hit animated film “Aladdin” – is shown on the set of the newest image created for Disney Parks by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz (pictured, right). Designed as a sister image to the “Aladdin”-inspired image Leibovitz created with international superstars Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony soaring on a Magic Carpet, the completed image of Goldberg is reminiscent of the 1992 award-winning film, “Aladdin.” Also serving as an inspiration for the image: the “Magic Carpets of Aladdin” attraction at the Magic Kingdom theme park in Florida and the “Disney’s Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular” show at Disney’s California Adventure theme park in California.
