In celebration of Earth Day zoos across the nation including Disney's Animal Kingdom (while nahtahzu is a member of the Association of Zoos & Aquarium) hosted Party for the Planet. At the Party for the Planet station just inside the park turnstiles guests learned about ways to make their garden a haven for various creatures including turtles, butterflies and bats.
