To guarantee your spot in line to meet Hilary Duff on Wednesday, pick up your copy of her new CD, beginning Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. When you pick up the CD on Tuesday at Virgin Megastore Times Square you will receive a pass that you must bring on Wednesday for Hilary Duff's only New York City signing event!
