ZoogDisney.com Fashions New Activity for "Lizzie McGuire" Web Site
Disney Channel's original series "Lizzie McGuire" helped propel ZoogDisney.com's wildly popular Web site to its highest traffic level since the series premiered in January 2001.
Lizzie, played by Hilary Duff, has received an astonishing 5 million messages (averaging 176,000 emails per week) from fans asking her advice on everything from fashion to dating. The flow of emails has been even greater in the last few weeks, with more than 355,000 notes to Lizzie during the week of 8/3-8/9 alone (Note a).
Disney Channel's ZoogDisney.com has also launched a new activity included in the "Lizzie McGuire" show site. "Design Your Own Outfit" gives users the opportunity to log on and fashion their very own outfit for Lizzie. Users will have the chance to go into the teen star's closet and select from a variety of clothes, shoes, accessories and hairstyles.
