Disneyland Resort New Year's Eve Celebrations
The following information was provided via a flyer to guests entering Mickey and Friends this weekend. All information subject to change without notice.
Disney's California Adventure
December 31st Disney's California Adventure will be open from 10a - 1a with New Year's Eve Countdowns throughout the Park.
Their celebration kicks off with the Radio Disney "Noon" Year's Eve Events at the Sunshine Plaza at 10a.
At 11:45a the Hollywood Pictures Backlot
will host Countdown to "Noon" Year's Eve with Lil' Romeo.
A limited number of party hats will be availble to the little "Noon" Year's Eve
guests from 11:30a to Noon.
The characters of Playhouse Disney will appear along the Performance Corridor at 1:45p with Kids Karaoke starting at 2:45p.
Paradise Pier will feature Jump 5 at 4p with a kick-off party. Followed at 5, 6p, and 7p with a Dance Party.
Disney's Electrical Parade will travel the Performance Corridor at 7:45p.
Showtimes for Disney's Aladdin - A Musical Spectacular at the Hyperion Theater are 12:45p, 2:30p, 4:45p and 6:15p.
Beginning at 8:15p the Performance Corridor will be turned into a block party complete with DJ. At 8:45p, 9:45p, 11:15p and 12:20a, Person to Person will join in the fun.
The KBIG 104 Disco Street Party with Jay Rhodes hits Hollywood Blvd from 8p - 1a.
Over at Paradise Pier, KEARTH 101's Rockin
the Oldies Party happens at 9p, 10:30p, 11:45p and 12:50a.
Legendary Artists Jan & Dean will offer their great surf tunes in Paradise
Pier at 8:20p, 11p and 12:05a.
Darriba will perform on the Pacfic Wharf Stage at 6:30p, 7:15p, 10p and 11:30p. Also on the Pacific Wharf Stage at 7p, 7:45p, 10:45p and 12:15a, the Salsa Dance Club.
Party Hats and Horns will be distributed as supplies last, beginning at 7p at the Bountiful Valley Farm - Entrance to Flik's Fun Fair, Golden Dreams theater, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire - Play It! Entrance and the Paradise Pier Gate. The Paradise Pier Gate will be closed during the parade.
Disneyland Park
December 31st Disneyland will be open from 8a - 2a with New Year's Eve Countdown throughout the Park.
Disneyland's New Year's Eve Fireworks Spectacular will welcome the New Year at midnight.
The Plaza Gardens Stage will offer the swing tunes of Eric Ekstrand Ensemble - Jump, Jive, Boogie Swing Party at 7:30p, 8:45p, 9:45p and 12:15a.
At the Rivers of America Ellis Hall and the Truth will perform at 8:45p, 10:15p, 11:30p and 12:05a. The Side Street Strutters will perform at 7:15p, 8:05p, 9:20p and 11p.
The French Market Stage will feature Doug Legacy and the Zydeco Party Band at 7:45p, 9:45p, 11p and 12:30a.
The Small World Promenade offers DJ Steve Shanahan from 8:45p - 2a.
El Soul performs at the Club Buzz stage at 7:30p, 8:45p, 9:45p and 12:15a.
Believe...In Holiday Magic Fireworks Spectacular will be presented at 8:35p.
Party Hats and Horns will be distributed as supplies last, beginning at 7p at Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes - Entrance, Mark Twain Dock, Storybook Canal Boats Gate, Astro Orbitor, Moonliner, Main Street Fire Station and the Walt Disney Story.
