During the early morning hours of January 27th, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced the nominees for the 76th Annual Academy Awards. Winners will be announced during the television broadcast on Sunday, February 29th, 2004, 5:00 P.M. Pacific, 8:00 P.M. Eastern on ABC.
