Winner Creates a Brand New Fairy for Inclusion in an Upcoming Disney Fairies Book and Wins a Trip for Four to Walt Disney World Resort

(March 26, 2008) Today, Borders announced its latest "Dream Rewards" contest with Disney Publishing Worldwide. Borders Rewards members with children who are 6 - 11 years old will be eligible for a chance to create a brand new fairy for inclusion in an upcoming Disney Fairies book and win a five-day/four-night trip for four to the Walt Disney World� Resort near Orlando, Fla. including a one-night stay in Cinderella Castle Suite in the Magic Kingdom during the "Year of a Million Dreams" celebration. The Cinderella Castle Suite is being offered for the first time by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts to Borders Rewards members and their families exclusively through Borders' "Dream Rewards."

To enter the "Disney� Fairies Contest," children must draw their own original Disney Fairies character on Borders' Official Entry Form and describe their new fairy in a legible statement of 50 words or fewer.

The grand prize winner of the "Disney Fairies Contest" will receive round- trip air for a one-night stay in the magical Cinderella Castle Suite in the Magic Kingdom during the "Year of a Million Dreams," in addition to a three- night stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, and an exclusive meet and greet with Tinker Bell and her Fairy Friends. Additionally, the winner will enjoy four five-day "Magic Your Way" tickets for admission to the Walt Disney World parks, including the Magic Kingdom�, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios� and Disney's Animal Kingdom�. Finally, the winning fairy will be featured in an upcoming Disney Fairies book published by Random House.

A panel of judges with representatives from Borders and Disney Publishing Worldwide will determine the grand prize winner based on originality and creativity of the drawing and statement, and the appropriateness of the drawing and statement to the Disney Fairies theme. Entrants may use markers, crayons, pens, pencils or similar instruments to draw their fairy. Parents or legal guardians of contestants are permitted to write the legible statements for those entrants who have not yet mastered English writing using the contestant's own original words. The completed Official Entry Form signed by entrants' parents or legal guardians must be received by April 30 to be entered into the "Disney Fairies Contest."
