In the past two issues Tales from the Laughing Place Magazine has focused on the development of two of Walt Disney Worlds theme parks namely Epcot in Issue 11 and Disneys Animal Kingdom in Issue 12. For this latest issue we have decided to focus our attentions on the first international Disney park to be built Tokyo Disneyland, Tales publisher Lee J MacDonald begins. In fact we have so much artwork, photography and stories to share that we have spread the Tokyo Disneyland coverage over the next two issues. Issue 13 will focus on the current developments at the park with an interview with the architect team at Walt Disney Imagineering that have built the incredible new Tokyo Disneyland Hotel and Joe Lanzisero talks about the inclusion of Stitch into a third generation Enchanted Tiki Room that has recently opened at Tokyo Disneyland. In addition we have a photo-essay of Steven Davisons Jubilation! parade that was created especially for the anniversary. The centrepiece of Issue 14 will be an extensive round robin interview with some of the talented imagineers that developed the park peppered with never-before-seen artwork and photography from the Walt Disney Imagineering archives.
