Marc Borrelli returns with a first look at Disney's latest international project - Hong Kong Disneyland.

Well, after doing many updates leading up to the opening of DisneySea and then the approximately 2,000 picture tour of the park, I needed a little chance to recharge. But I'm back, and very proud to reporting again here at LaughingPlace.com - The best Disney news and information site on the internet.

So, without further adieu... Here we go again -

This is the first of many progress reports I'll put together over the nearly three and a half years leading up to the anticipated late 2005 /early 2006 opening on this new Disneyland in Hong Kong. Further along in this report we'll look at the Penny's Bay site, but I 'd like to start of by setting the scene a little bit. You can skip ahead if you like, but you'll be missing an extremely important aspect of this new park - its location, in what might be the most incredible city in the world...
