Pumpkin Soup with spice toasted pumpkin seeds and chestnut cream

  • Baked salmon in puff pastry with a Champagne-tarragon sauce
  • Autumn salad of persimmons, pomegranate, arugula, goat cheese and pomegranate-hazelnut vinaigrette
  • Grilled shrimp Caesar with crispy Parmesan chips

Main Course, Choice of

  • Roast turkey with mashed potatoes, turkey sausage stuffing, cranberry compote and caramelized onion gravy
  • Braised beef short ribs with smoked Manchego cheese tortellis, baby root vegetables, soft herbs and carrot-veal jus
  • Mediterranean seafood stew with bacalao cod cake and garlic crisps
  • Grilled striped bass with fennel, Kalamata olives and oven dried tomatoes in a preserved lemon-garlic broth
