Day Four
We enjoyed a nice morning stroll over the bridge for bagels and danishes at the Disney Institute coffee house. That afternoon we journeyed over to Epcot to see the American Adventure and dine at the Italian pavilion. The Fettucini Alfredo there is wonderful. My little brothers and Doobie all devoured it while I had spaghetti with a tomato sauce. As we slowly walked around the World Showcase we saw acrobatic performers from Morocco and drummers in Japan.

In France my 10 year old brother Jonathan made a mask at their Kidcot stop. They have a stop in each pavilion and different craft items so that children can create masks and Jonathan made a very colorful and creepy mask. Then we headed over to England to grab a spot for the Tapestry of Nations. It is a beautiful parade but I like it better at night over by the Italy pavilion, it has a higher energy over there because of the way the guests and puppets are lined up.

After the parade we headed over use our FastPass for TestTrack. My little brothers thoroughly enjoyed it. Afterwards they, along with Doobie, rode the monorail over to the Polynesian where we were meeting my parents. I drove the car over.

At the Polynesian we joined up with my parents and some friends to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks over the Seven Seas Lagoon. If you listen very carefully you can just barely hear the music floating across the lagoon. The Electrical Water Pageant immediately followed it. I love this delightful little parade. The technology and music are terribly dated but it is simplicity that makes it so very special. We followed up the entertainment with a very late dinner at the the Kona Café. Our server had a wonderful sense of humor and a very charming accent. I don’t normally drink coffee but I’ll drink it there. The kona beans are transformed into a delicious cup of coffee no more than 8 days after they have been picked in Hawaii. They have a roaster on location to ensure the rich taste of the kona coffee. It lacks the bitter aftertaste that I associate with most cups of coffee I’ve tasted.

Day Five
We spent most of the day at the MGM with much of that time spend on Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror!
