DCA POM Features California History

Just when all of you pin collectors thought that your days of running to DCA every month to stand in another pin line comes the announcement that another series has begun. This series of twelve pins will feature Historic Events in California’s days gone by - even us natives were hard pressed to list twelve historic events - but we ALL agreed that Disneyland’s Opening Day filled the criteria - and that if it weren’t already included as one of the twelve - they had better design thirteen pins. The first in the series, "Gold Rush" features Mickey as a Miner striking it rich with a pan full of gold - a bubble filled with red and gold glitter. Unlike last year’s Artist Choice series - with a limited edition of 2,001 pieces and signed by the artist - the California History Series will be LE 3,500 pieces - so they should be on the racks for a few days - with no signings planned.
