Next the video screens displayed the Kings proclamation and the herald declared its contents - that all women of the Kingdom must try on the glass slipper so the Prince may find his true love. The video screens displaed the magical scene where Cinderella pulls the other slipper from her pocket and the Grand Duke slips it onto her foot. Wedding bells chimed as Cinderella and the Prince appeared in wedding attire.
The lights were dimmed and, as the Fairy Godmother appeared, the dancers' costumes were illuminated bringing back memories of the Main Street Electrical Parade.
The recognition of these beloved costumes echoed in sighs throughout the audience. The cast sang A Dream Is Wish Your Makes leading up to a grand finale accentuated by blue and silver confetti.
After the curtain feel the herald announced, “The Royal Ball will now begin!”
