As to the Haunted mansion overlay itself - trying to explain without spoiling is impossible. And to describe it as an "overlay" doesn’t really do justice to the job that Steve Davison and his team have done. It’s very nearly a completely new attraction as the blending of NBC and the basic elements of the Mansion is flawless. The exterior is eye-candy to the rooftop - literally. The attention to detail is simply amazing. The score and the characters blend from one scent to the next as the storyline carries you through the attraction. While you don’t "have" to be a fan of the movie to enjoy the ride - those who are will find hundreds of details that only add to the enjoyment of the overall experience. A magnificent and masterful job - the review of which I’ll leave to others.
