All: "no walls,"
Elfin: "a world with"
All: "no fears."
The performer wears rattles on his feet.

The celebration begins. The music's tempo picks up and the puppets begin to dance along the parade route.
Hammerman interacts with the parade guests. Numerous tinkling bells have been added to the
puppet.
