Champagne and Sparking Wine

Biscuits de Reims (Rose Tea Champagne Dipping Biscuits) - $0.75
You only get one biscuit but one seemed to be enough to get an idea of how the rather plain tasting biscuit (when tried dry) goes well with champagne in giving a bit of delicacy and texture to it.

Banfi Brachetto d'Acqui - $5.25
This was sweet with a strong hint of raspberry. This was a great sparkling wine and we wished we had bought a bottle of it.

Other Offerings:
Valckenberg Madonna Sekt - $3.25
Cabriere Brut NV Sparking Wine - $3.50
Champagne Pommery Brut Royal - $5.75

Specialty Beer Garden

Samuel Adams Seasonal - $2.50/$4.25
Samuel Adams Boston Lager - $2.50/$4.25
Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat - $2.50/$4.25
Samuel Adams Light - $4.25
Kelly's Raspberry Irish Cider - $2.25/$4.00
Red Stripe - $4.00
Doc Otis - $2.25/$4.00
Michelob Honey - $2.25/$4.00
Hoegaarden - $2.50/$4.25
Grolsch - $2.25/$4.00

United States

New England Clam Chowder - $2.50
This is your typical clam chowder and really nothing to write home about. But if you are in the mood, go for it.

Crab Cake with Broccoli Slaw and Red Peach Sauce - $3.00
This was a great snack altogether. Definitely worth buying and going back for more.

Bee Sweet Lemonade - $1.25
This is a very nice lemonade that is sweet with a nice tartness. The honey gives it a more complex flavor.

Other offerings:
Cheesecake with Blueberry Sauce - $2.00
Robert Mondavi Private Selection Chardonnay - $2.50
Michelob Light - $2.25/$4.00
Samuel Adams Seasonal - $2.50/$4.25

Chile and Argentina

Creamy Baked Chickpea and Crispy Bacon Pie - $2.50
With the roasted red pepper sauce, this dish was quite good with a spiciness that kicks in after a moment or two. This is a very enjoyable dish.

Beef Panada - $3.00
Looks are very deceiving with this dish. Doesn't look terribly appetizing but it was absolutely fabulous. It's like a pate with a kick and the pastry gave it a nice texture. The spice did linger though and the panada by itself would be rather overpowering to the sense but with the pastry, it gives it balance. The "Xplorador" wine went extremely well with this dish. An interesting side note to this dish was that Lord Niekon found out that the beef paste was supposed to be inside a pastry, not sitting on top of it. I think it's easily to cook, keep heated and served this way though at the food booth.

Concha y Toro "Xplorador" Malbec - $2.25
They say Chile makes the best wines in the world and this was a prime example to support that fact. This was a scrumptious red wine where little hints of chocolate flavors really came out with certain dishes.

Other Offerings:
Veramonte Chardonnay - $1.75
Concha y Toro "Casillero del Diablo" Carmenere - $2.50
Echart Cabernet Sauvignon - $2.75
