Cheddar Cheese Soup - $2.50
This was an excellent soup and would highly recommend trying if you have never
had a cheddar cheese soup. If you want a full-sized serving, head over to Le
Cellier Steakhouse where they serve it on a daily basis.
Pan Seared Salmon Glazed with Maple Honey Syrup - $3.00
This was a beautiful blend of flavors. The fish was nicely cooked and the maple
syrup gave it a new wide range of flavors for the taste buds to explore. It was
almost like having a dessert. The added side of greens with walnuts gave it
wonderful texture and made for a dish I would definitely get again.
Inniskillin Pearl Ice Wine - $4.50
This was an excellent, smooth wine that just melted in your mouth. If you have
never had an ice wine you are missing out on one of the best wine offerings out
there.
Other Offerings:
Chateau des Charmes Estate Pinot Noir - $3.00
Moosehead Beer - $2.25/$4.00

Greece

Chicken with Eggplant Mousse - $3.00
The chicken was so tender that it fell right off the bone. The eggplant was
equally as delicious and had a wonderful spiciness to it. Too bad Lord Niekon
doesn't like eggplant for I think he would have liked the taste of the mousse.
Vegetable Dolmas with Feta Cheese Vinaigrette - $2.50
This was a refreshing dish to have after the eggplant mousse for it cooled the
mouth down, where the mousse had heated it up. Some may be put off by the grape
leaves and might think to unwrap it but don't. This dish was great and while
most think that grape leaves are too bitter, this proved otherwise and the grape
leaves gave it a wonderful complex texture.
Other offerings:
Boutari-Kretikos Red - $2.75
Boutari-Kretikos White - $2.75
Australia

Spicy Shrimp on the Barbie - $4.00
It wasn't too filling nor different from other barbecued shrimp we've had, but
it made for a nice snack.
Australian Meat Pie - $3.00
This was very good and filling with a rather tomato-ey taste to it.
Other Offerings:
Stonehaven Chardonnay - $2.50
Hardy's Nottage Hill Cabernet/Shiraz - $2.50
Lindeman's Semillon/Chardonnay - $2.75
Fosters - $2.25/$4.00

Taste of California

Goat Cheese Polenta with Basil -
Sundried Tomato Pesto - $2.50
This was extremely tasty and filling. Lord Niekon, who doesn't like tomatoes in
any way, shape or form, really enjoyed this for the tomato wasn't a factor when
it came to the taste.. He just avoided the small tomato chunk on the plate. J
Other Offerings:
Woodbridge Pinot Grigio - $2.00
Robert Mondavi Private Selection Fume Blanc - $2.50
Robert Mondavi Private Selection Cabernet - $2.50
Jekel Chardonnay - $3.00

Overall, we really loved the food and beverages we tasted. Unfortunately we didn't get to everything but that just leaves stuff to try next time. We didn't bother to try everything in one day for we knew that would just be too much food and drink for anyone to try.
If you have never been to EPCOT for the International Food and Wine Festival, you should try to go. It's a lot of fun and there is so much food to try out. For our next trip it won't be for this event but for another EPCOT event, the Flower and Garden Festival. However, we do plan on returning to the International Food and Wine Festival in the future.
