LC: Are you on schedule for completion?

SC: Yes, a little ahead at the moment, but of course, when we get into full testing stage, I’m sure we’ll hit a few snags.

LC: When are you looking to open the Museum?

SC: Late 2004, just prior to the holiday season, - and I can’t wait to decorate the place for the season.

LC: The area around, is it a popular tourist destination?

SC: The area is definitely on the up, we are located on the edge of a thriving downtown district and on the main route through to the beach front. There has been a small boardwalk with rides there for many years, and a couple of new hotels have opened recently.

LC: How did you find the place?

SC: When I was researching Sonny, I came to find the place where the guy I bought him from claimed he got it. The building wasn’t there anymore, but there was a large plot of land for sale. I checked out the rest of the area, and that it many ways set me to thinking about setting up the Museum. Bring the Dino home, if in fact he did come from there.

LC: Well, Sid, I just wanted to say thank you very much for taking the time to talk to me, it has been most interesting and you seem to have had a great deal of fun with this, and as I am in California often, I’ll definitely make my way to the Museum when it opens.

SC: Thank you, too. It really has been a pleasure to finally start talking about the project. It has been great fun to take an idea and see where you can go with it, and to see it fully coming to life. Maybe I’ll see you again at the opening.
