With castmembers waving goodbye we exited the park to catch a bus back to the Boardwalk (as there was no access from the International Gateway). From a personal perspective, the night had been a wonderful demonstration of Disney’s ability for showmanship and to push across their marketing message, whilst entertaining their invited guests. I hope that Matt Ouimet has similar aspirations for the launch of the Disneyland Resort’s first stand-alone E-ticket since the Indiana Jones Adventure in 1995, when the Tower of Terror is inaugurated on May 4 2004. Lindsay and I will certainly choose to participate in this latest Twilight Zone episode, where the guest is always the star.
In our next update, we shall be presenting comprehensive coverage of the Christmas offerings at Disneyland park and Walt Disney Studios park at Disneyland Resort Paris.
Note: Five videos from the event are available. All are in QuickTime format.
