Interactivity is always at the forefront of Imagineers' minds right now and these two videos show you what's in store for the future. The first is my son Gideon meeting Mickey Mouse - a talking, blinking, articulated Mickey Mouse. The second shows what's in store at Animators Palette on the Disney Fantasy cruise ship which launches early next year. Guests will be able to create a drawing at their table and during dessert watch as it comes to life in a series of classic Disney films. The video shows Mickey's introduction, a sample of what will be displayed during guests meals, and finally the drawings coming to life. The effect is 100 times better than I expected when I first read about it. I cant wait to see it in person!
