Five Things I Miss About Disneyland

Great Fireworks
I never had been a huge fan of firework shows, but that changed with the 1999 debut of Believe... There’s Magic in the Stars. Disneyland created a fireworks show with a story and emotion that I could enjoy over and over again. That was followed by Believe … In Holiday Magic, an even better show in many ways. Then the Magic Kingdom debuted Wishes which I expected to be even better. And it wasn’t - at least to me. I was disappointed the first time I saw Wishes and it, unfortunately, hasn’t grown on me since. So be it … it’s just a fireworks show, they’ll change it soon. But they haven’t. Even though Disneyland got an even better show - Remember … Dreams Come True - a few years ago, Wishes just keeps trudging along. I’m ready for a change.
PS: Epcot's Reflections of Earth, however, is a masterpiece!
