National Championship Salute Event on January 2 Features Schools Marching Bands - (DL) (12/28/2001)
The park will host a fun-filled "National Championship Salute" on Wednesday, January 2. The event features a 2:45 p.m. performance by the University of Nebraska Marching Band and a 4 p.m., performance by the University of Miami Marching Band, and each will parade through the park. Also offered will be complimentary tattoo locations so fans can show their support for the Hurricanes or Cornhuskers with temporary tattoos, special football-theme photo locations, Rose Bowl-theme food and commemorative merchandise.

Beauty and the Beast Characters Featured in Latest Literacy Ad - (Movies,General) (12/27/2001)

Toon Disney, ABC Cable Network Group's 24-hour all-animation network, will add the Emmy Award-winning animated series "Disney's Teacher's Pet" to the channel's schedule, announced Jonathan Barzilay, senior vice president and general manager of ABC Kids and Toon Disney. Produced by Walt Disney Television Animation, the series, including 18 previously unaired episodes, will air on Toon Disney Monday - Friday at 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET/PT beginning Jan. 7, 2002. New episodes will premiere on Fridays. "Disney's Teacher's Pet" will continue to air as part of "Disney's One Saturday Morning" at 8:30 a.m. ET/7:30 a.m. PT on the ABC Television Network.
