Sweet Sundays
Odyssey - The Chef's Showplace
Cakes, pastries and all things sweet take center stage. Guests are welcomed
with sparkling wine and either a light breakfast for the morning session or a
light lunch for the second session. While seated, a celebrity pastry chef
creates three dessert items that are sampled throughout the demonstration.
Sundays 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and Noon - 2:00 p.m.

Odyssey - The Chef's Showplace
Observe a celebrity chef demonstrate the preparation of a delicious
three-course meal. The chef's menu will then be served for lunch, and you leave
with a gift bag containing an autographed book and a commemorative bottle of
wine. A notable wine principal presents the accompanying wines for each event.
Thursdays & Fridays - 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Must be 21 years old to
attend.)

the ingredients are magically transformed into some of the most delectable
dishes from the menus of America's finest restaurants. A featured chef and his
or her favorite purveyor bring the acclaimed PBS television series to life on
stage and demonstrate the preparation of a flavorful three-course meal. Event
includes a three-course lunch highlighting the chef's presented menu and a copy
of the PBS Chefs A'Field cookbook.
