DisneyXD Announces Second Season for Popular Series "Kick Buttowski - Suburban Daredevil"

Disney XD's No. 1 series, "Kick Buttowski – Suburban Daredevil," about an extraordinary kid named Kick who is determined to become the world’s greatest daredevil will return for a second season. "Our viewers are rooting for Kick Buttowski and we are eager to bring them more laughs and adventures as the pint-size daredevil faces bigger challenges, stunts and chases with his unstoppable determination," said Eric Coleman, Senior Vice President, Original Series, Disney Television Animation. Produced by Disney Television Animation, the network will begin rolling out new episodes of the hit animated comedy series in spring 2011.

The Walt Disney Company Launches Disney’s Friends for Change

The Walt Disney Company today announced Disney’s Friends for Change: Project Green (www.Disney.com/projectgreen), a multiplatform environmental initiative that will help kids help the planet. Disney stars Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato are among the 29 young stars participating in outreach messages to debut on Disney Channel, Disney XD, Radio Disney and Disney.com. The Disney’s Friends for Change: Project Green initiative invites young people to join together to help the environment across four key areas: climate, water, waste and habitats. Kids will learn practical ways to preserve the planet, track their collective impact and have the opportunity to vote on how $1 million in donations from Disney will be divided and invested in various environmental causes over the course of a year.
