A new Soarin' movie?

We have heard that Disney has applied for various government permits for the second Soarin' movie (tenatively a global theme) and that shooting could begin as early as this fall for a late '09 premiere at Disney's California Adventure and Epcot. There is currently no plan to build the attraction at either Tokyo Disney Resort or Disneyland Resort Paris.

Star Tours 2.0 coming?

Sources have told LaughingPlace.com that they've confirmed Star Tours 2.0 is currently in production. The movie should be announced in the fall for a summer '09 launch. Currently only Disneyland and Disney's Hollywood Studios have agreed to take the new movie.
