The Vivoli Gelateria has gone on to become one of the “must-dos” in Florence and now almost 90 years later the third generation Vivoli has opened a Gelateria shop in Disney Springs.img_6656Silvana Vivoli, the granddaughter one of the company’s founders Raphael Vivoli, learned from her father how to make gelato the old fashion way and keeps that tradition alive today in the often-missed store across from The Boathouse in Disney Springs.vivoli_026As a recent visitor to Italy stated, the location is jome of some of the best gelato and pastries you will find out side of Italy and should always be a must stop.
