Mission: SPACE

At the International Space Training Center, you'll be recruited to execute a simulated mission to Mars. Upon receiving your briefing you'll be given one of four positions, pilot, commander, engineer, or navigator. The simulators use spinning to duplicate a high G-force environment. Although you rotate at a rapid rate, the attraction has been specifically engineered to keep riders from feeling the spinning sensation. In the summer of 2006 Disney added a tamer version of Mission: SPACE as an option. Choosing the green side when you enter the attraction allows you to experience with simulation without the spinning.
