Misc items from Outside the Parks
Some Miscellanous happenings outside the major parks:

  • At Downtown Disney the artists watch stand has moved from the World of Disney to the Art of Disney at Downtown Disney Marketplace
  • If you'd like to know where you'll be sitting when you see Cirque du Soleil at Disneyland, Go2orlando has a seating chart available.
  • At Pleasure Island the store that was known as "Avigators", has changed its name to "Mouse House". The store carries Walt Disney World property items (shirts, sweaters, ties, etc.).

Events Outside the Parks

  • From March 23rd - 25th Walt Disney Art Classics will be holding their second annual convention. The theme of this year's convention at the Contemporary Resort and Convention Center. Unfortunately, the event is sold out, but if you will be attending or want to see what's in store that'll entice you to go next year, be sure to visit the Convention Preview at the Duckman's Inside Report.
  • For 15 consecutive weekends from March 3rd through June 10th the Orlando Music Festival will be held at Downtown Disney featuring junior high and high school instrumental and choral groups from around the nation. For more information call (800) 833-9806.
