LP: Is there one - and maybe it was Bare Necessities - that was particularly challenging?

KB: I would say that was the biggest challenge just because I didnt know what like with all the songs I kind of wanted to do my own spin on them. Obviously, why would you buy an album if its gonna be exactly like every other Disney album that you have?

And so my goal with this album is for people like me who love Disney and love the message but dont necessarily have to have all the fireworks and the bells and the whistles. Its kind of like a stripped down Disney. There are big orchestrations like Im sure you heard like This Only Happens In The Movies and things like that, but for me its more just the feeling of Disney.

And so with Bare Necessities I knew I wanted to make it different but I was like how in the world do I make this different? And I wasnt like that familiar with Bare Necessities. It wasnt one of my favorite songs but then Kos tried to he was the one that said, Maybe you should do this one, and he was playing it for me and I was like, Wow, that really does have a good message and it does really go with our album. Just about how you dont need a lot of stuff. And if you just have what you need and thats all there is to it, youll be happy. If youre happy with what you have then youll be fine. And I never really listened to that before when I heard that song. So I ended up loving how it came out.

LP: Being such a Disney fan, do you have a favorite Disney movie?

KB: I have to say The Little Mermaid. Little Mermaid is my favorite princess and my favorite movie and I have a Little Mermaid pin collection.

LP: Yeah. I heard that you and your husband were big pin collectors.

KB: Yes, we are. Were not crazy. Were always nice. Were good pin traders.

LP: Youre not sharks?

KB: No, no, no. We bring extras to give to kids when they ask for some.

LP: Oh, very cool.

KB: You know you have to have good pin karma.

LP: Your daughters old enough where you bring her down here as well when you come, right?

KB: Oh, shes already been there four times and weve had her a year and a half. So yeah, shes gone. And the first few times she didnt love it like us and it was a little impeding on our fun a little bit because we had to go home in time for naps and things. But now she has finally become obsessed with it like we are and every day she asks us when we are going to Disney World and she loves the characters so now its really fun.

LP: Again, being a Disney fan, whats your favorite park to visit down here?

KB: Thats very difficult but I have to go with the classic Magic Kingdom. But I love them all. I really, really love Epcot too for the countries. But I think if I only had one day I would go to Magic Kingdom.

LP: Assuming the CD does well do you think you could come up with another set of songs? Would you like to do another one?.

KB: I would. I loved doing it so much and even when we were doing it, it was kind of like oh my gosh. Theres so many songs that we didnt use you could totally do another one.

LP: You said you performed some songs yesterday at a benefit. It would be great for you to come down here some time and do that here at Walt Disney World dont you think?

KB: I would love to. You dont even understand how much I love singing these songs. I was kind of like oh, yeah. Ill do an album. And then it just puts you in the best mood singing these songs and its so inspiring and last night I sang these songs and my heart was so into it. I could just spend my life going around singing these songs.

LP: Have you ever been a theme park performer at all?

KB: No, but me and my husband always said we want to retire in Disney World and we want to work in one of the stores and just welcome the people into Disney World.
